The Great Smoke 2026 – The Greatest Show on Earth

If you are a cigar enthusiast, there are few events that compare to The Great Smoke, and 2026 is shaping up to be bigger than ever. Known as The Greatest Show on Earth, this annual celebration brings together cigar lovers, legendary manufacturers, great food, drinks, and entertainment for an unforgettable experience in South Florida.

Hosted by Smoke Inn, The Great Smoke continues to grow each year. One of the most exciting aspects of The Great Smoke 2026 is that it will once again be both an in-person event and a live virtual broadcast, allowing cigar fans from around the country to join the celebration. Even if you can’t attend in person, the virtual experience allows you to enjoy the event from home while still receiving the same PartyPack filled with cigars and event goodies.

The virtual broadcast will be hosted by Michael Herklots, who returns as the event’s virtual host. He will be joined by returning co-hosts Kim Keeny and Paul DeGrocco, bringing viewers behind the scenes of the action as it unfolds live.

A New Twist for 2026

One of the biggest updates this year is the introduction of the TGS SWAG BOX. Instead of the traditional ticket books used in previous years, attendees will receive a custom swag box containing all of their event cigars upon entry. This change eliminates the long lines and gives guests more time to enjoy the event itself.

The main event will take place at the spacious South Florida Fairgrounds, providing plenty of room for cigar enthusiasts, manufacturers, live performances, food, drinks, and all the activities that make The Great Smoke such a legendary event.

Four Days of Events

The celebration extends far beyond the main event, with four days of parties, tastings, dinners, and gatherings leading up to and following the main festival.

The festivities kick off on Thursday with a WhistlePig Whiskey tasting hosted by Terence Reilly of Aganorsa Leaf, followed by a kickoff party featuring Rafael Nodal of Altadis USA.

Friday brings more excitement with a special evening featuring Nick Melillo of Foundation Cigar Company and Stephen Fante of Yellowstone Bourbon. Later that evening, the legendary Red Meat Lover’s Dinner returns with guest manufacturer Steve Saka from Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust. This dinner has become a tradition at The Great Smoke, featuring an incredible spread of meats and food prepared with over-the-top flair.

Saturday is when things truly come alive. The day starts with a Tailgate Party hosted by the Distinguished Ruffians, featuring cigars from Drew Estate and pours from Yellowstone Bourbon. Shortly after, the main event begins, bringing together thousands of cigar fans for an afternoon filled with cigars, food, drinks, performances, and legendary names from across the cigar industry. The evening wraps up with the After Party hosted by Rick Rodriguez of West Tampa Tobacco Company.

The weekend concludes Sunday with a Farewell Brunch hosted by Oliva Cigar Company, giving attendees one last opportunity to relax, smoke great cigars, and reflect on the incredible weekend.

What I’m Looking Forward To Most

While The Great Smoke is famous for its incredible cigar lineup and entertainment, what I personally look forward to the most is seeing friends and connecting with people across the cigar community. Events like this are a rare opportunity to catch up with people who share the same passion.

I’m also excited about the chance to talk directly with the cigar manufacturers. Being able to hear their stories, learn about their blends, and discuss the craft behind the cigars adds a whole new appreciation for the industry.

At the end of the day, The Great Smoke isn’t just about cigars. It’s about the people, the conversations, and the shared experience that makes the cigar community so special. Whether attending in person or joining virtually, The Great Smoke 2026 promises to be an unforgettable celebration for cigar lovers everywhere.
