Alright fam, here’s one coming out of PCA 2026 that’s got some serious roots and story behind it… OZ Family Cigars is dropping their fifth regular production line — the Maracanã. And yeah, that name isn’t random… it’s inspired by the legendary Maracanã Stadium in Brazil 🇧🇷.
Now if that Brazilian vibe sounds familiar, it should. Tim Ozgener is going back to his roots — this is the same guy who helped create the iconic CAO Brazilia back in the day. So expectations? High.
💨 What’s in the Blend?
This one is rocking a Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper, which usually brings that dark, earthy sweetness with a little grit to it. Underneath, you’ve got a double binder from Honduras and Nicaragua, plus fillers from both regions. That combo tells me we’re getting a balance of spice, body, and some layered richness.
Even better? It’s being produced by My Father Cigars in Honduras — and if you know, you know… they don’t miss.
📦 Sizes & Pricing
Robusto (5x52) – $12.75
Robusto Extra (5.5x55) – $13.50
Toro (6.5x50) – $12.95
Gordo (6x60) – $13.75
That 55-ring Robusto Extra? Classic OZ move… they love that size.
🧠Tampa Stogie Steve’s Take:
This feels like a full-circle release. Brazilian wrapper, legendary inspiration, and a proven factory behind it — that’s a dangerous combo in a good way. If this hits anything like the old Brazilia vibes but with a modern twist, we might have a sleeper hit of PCA 2026.
Stay tuned… you already know I’ll be getting my hands on one and giving you that Final Third breakdown 🔥💨
